Support
Email hello@puddly.app and say what happened. A screenshot helps. Please do not send photos of your child — we do not want them and have nowhere to put them.
The reminder never arrived
This is the one that matters most to us, so please do report it. Things to check first:
- Notifications are allowed. iOS: Settings → Puddly → Notifications. Android: Settings → Apps → Puddly → Notifications.
- Android battery optimisation. Settings → Apps → Puddly → Battery, and allow it to run unrestricted. Aggressive power saving on some phones will hold a scheduled alarm until the screen comes on.
- Quiet hours. If the nudge falls inside your quiet window, Puddly waits until the morning on purpose.
- The timer resets. Every time you log a visit the countdown starts again, so a reminder you expected at 10:20 moves if you logged something at 10:05.
If all of that is right and it still went quiet, tell us your phone model and Android or iOS version — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
It reminded me twice
It should never do that. One nudge per interval, and no repeat if you do not respond. If you see a second one, please write, with the times.
I paid and my stickers are gone
Open Settings inside Puddly and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so use the same one you bought with. Puddly also checks silently at every launch, so a new phone should already have them.
Printing a colouring page
Open any sticker, then Print blank for the outline or Print after colouring. Puddly sends a vector PDF to your phone’s print dialogue, so it stays sharp at any size. No printer? Use “Save to Files” or “Save as PDF” in the same dialogue.
Can I change the interval?
Yes — Settings → Interval, anything from a few minutes to an hour. Most parents start around every twenty minutes on day one and stretch it out as the week goes on.
Is my child’s data safe?
It never leaves the phone. See the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not sent.
Something else
hello@puddly.app. Feature requests are welcome; so are complaints, which are more useful.
